Two-color flow cytometric analysis of PD-L2/CD273 expression on mouse splenocytes. C57BL/6 mouse spleen cells were unstimulated (left) or 10 ng/mL mouse GM-CSF protein (rp154039) stimulated (right), and stained with CD11c Armenian Hamster mAb (APC) (Ab178872) and PD-L2/CD273 Rat mAb (Ab121050) at 0.5 μg/mL. Two-color flow cytometric dot plots showing the correlated expression of CD11C versus PD-L2/CD273 (or Isotype control staining) were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable mononuclear cells.
