Product Description	The Annealing Buffer for RNA Oligos (10X) is a specially formulated buffer designed for the annealing of RNA oligonucleotides. This buffer is particularly useful for annealing complementary RNA oligos synthesized for siRNA applications, enabling the formation of double-stranded RNA. The Annealing Buffer for RNA Oligos (10X) effectively prevents the formation of hairpin structures in RNA oligos, facilitating accurate annealing. The operation is straightforward: simply mix the RNA oligos to be annealed with the Annealing Buffer for RNA Oligos (10X) in the appropriate proportion and place the mixture in a PCR machine. The annealing process can be completed in approximately 60 minutes. The Annealing Buffer for RNA Oligos (10X) has been specially treated to be RNase-free, ensuring that RNA degradation is avoided. Precautions: The Annealing Buffer for RNA Oligos (10X) is specifically designed for the annealing of RNA oligos and should not be used for the annealing of DNA oligos. Since RNA is highly susceptible to degradation, it is essential to strictly follow RNA handling protocols to prevent RNase contamination.
