Two-color flow cytometric analysis of TCR γ/δ expression on mouse lymph node cells. C57BL/6 mouse lymph node cells were stained with CD45R Rat mAb (AF647) (Ab191663) and either Armenian Hamster IgG Isotype Control Antibody (Biotin) (Ab191741; Left panel) or Recombinant TCR γ/δ Antibody (Ab219619; Right panel) conjugated with biotin at 0.2 μg/mL for 1 hour at 4°C and detected with SA-PE (rp156150). Two-color flow cytometric dot plots showing the correlated expression of CD45R versus TCR γ/δ (or Isotype control staining) were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable lymph node cells.
