Recombinant DYKDDDDK tag (Binds to Flag tag) Antibody (AF647) (Ab218452) - IF/ICC
IF analysis of DYKDDDDK tag (Binds to Flag tag) (Red) in HEK293T cells transfected with a EGFP-DYKDDDDK tag. The cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde Fix Solution (P395744) for 15 minutes, permeabilized with 0.3% Triton X-100 (I743383) for 15 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were stained with Recombinant DYKDDDDK tag (Binds to Flag tag) Antibody (AF647) (Ab218452) at 1/1000 dilution in blocking buffer for 2 hours at RT in the dark. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (Blue). Images were taken on the confocal laser scanning microscope.
