Product introduction: Phosphate buffer solution (PBS) is a kind of buffer solution used in biological research. It is a water-based salt solution containing sodium phosphate, sodium chloride and, in some formulas, potassium chloride and potassium phosphate. The weight molar osmotic pressure concentration and ion concentration of the solution are the same as those of human body (isotonic), and they are non-toxic to most cells. Product application: Phosphoric acid buffer salt has been used to produce platinum nanoparticles (NP Pt) hydrolytic colloid to wash blood samples before SEM and to prepare SEM (scanning electron microscope) stub to prepare fluorescent labeled wheat germ agglutinin (WGA) solution. After dissolution, the pH of the product can be stabilized within the marked range at 25 ℃ - 37 ℃, without further adjustment with HCl.
