Synthesis of maleimidocaproyl-MMAE (mc-MMAE) requires the addition of maleimidocaproic acid to a solution of MMAE in dichloromethane followed by the addition of diethyl cyanophosphonate and diisopropylethylamine. MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
