ABSTRACT

In this study, a novel approach for the synthesis of eco-friendly and cost-effective composite nanomaterials PPy@HNTs was introduced. The proposed synthesis method offers environmental friendliness, simplicity, and cost-effectiveness. The resulting PPy@HNTs nanofluids , obtained through dispersion in a specially formulated base solution, demonstrate excellent dispersion stability , desirable thermophysical properties , and remarkable photothermal conversion performance. At a concentration of 800 ppm, the PPy@HNTs nanofluids exhibited an impressive efficiency of 79.2 %, surpassing the performance of conventional heat transfer fluids (HTFs). This research presents a promising avenue for the utilization of low-cost nanofluids in the field of photothermal applications.
