Ratio Fluorescence Detection of Salicylic Acid Based on Ti3C2 Quantum Dots
Ti3C2 QDs with stable blue luminescence at 352 nm were synthesized by using arginine (Arg) as a ligand. Based on the interaction between salicylic acid (SA) and Arg-Ti3C2 QDs, an enhanced ratio fluorescence sensor was constructed for fluorescence detection of SA. When SA was added to the system, fluorescence through the internal filtration effect (IFE) of Arg-Ti3C2 QDs at 352 nm was gradually weakened, while the interaction between SA and Arg-Ti3C2 QDs through hydrogen led to the appearance and significant enhancement of fluorescence at 403.9 nm, leading to ratio fluorescence. The system has a good detection limit (LOD) of 0.57 μM and excellent selectivity. And it can be applied to the detection of SA in the essence of actual samples, which can effectively prevent harm to the human body caused by adding too much SA in cosmetics.
