NiMoO4/ZnCo MOF(350) based flexible single-electrode triboelectric nanogenerator for smart sensing
As a key component of wearable electronic devices, the human–computer interaction system is of great significance for realizing intelligent life. This study develops a smart sensing system with a flexible and stretchable single-electrode triboelectric nanogenerator (NZ-TENG) integrated touch sensing device and a voltage and current (UI) interaction interface. The NZ-TENG is composed of a conductive sponge coated with silicone rubber doped with NiMoO 4 /ZnCo MOF (350) (NZ) hybrid nanoparticles, effectively improving the friction layer’s charge generation ability. When the NZ concentration is 0.05 wt% and the silicone rubber thickness is 2.0 mm, the NZ-TENG achieves excellent output performance, with open-circuit voltage, short-circuit current, and output power density reaching 150 V, 8 μA and 1313 mW m −2 respectively. This touch-sensing device has excellent tensile strength, hydrophobicity, safety, and skin-friendliness. The developed UI interaction interface provides various flexible rehabilitation training modes, targeting the patient’s specific conditions for training. This assembled intelligent human–computer interaction has highly efficient biological signal monitoring and feedback, showing great potential for application in the field of rehabilitation medicine.
