ABSTRACT

Via the ligand-assisted reaction, highly luminescent CsPbBr 3 perovskite nanocrystal (PNC) films were synthesized by a simple centrifugal casting process based on the supersaturated recrystallization method. The structure, the optical properties, the morphology, the stability and the potential application of the PNC films were investigated in detail. The results show that under the joint use of OA, DDAB and APTES, the obtained PNC films with 1.5 M DDAB show the strong PL emission with highest quantum yield of 77.5 %, the pure CsPbBr 3 structure, the smooth surface and the enhanced stability under UV irradiation. Additionally, the white LED device based on the PNC films obtained here and a commercial red phosphor layer shows excellent optical and color properties and working stability, demonstrating the potential of the PNC films in this study in the field of light-emitting and display.
