ABSTRACT

In this paper, a rhodamine 110 (R110) loaded and molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) coated microporous membrane-based fluorescent sensor has been constructed. The morphology, structure and performance of the sensor during the preparation process are characterized by SEM, FT-IR, UV–vis, fluorescene, BET and HPLC. The sensor retains the characteristic fluorescence emission peaks of R110, and the fluorescence changes to different concentrations of caffeic   acid (CA) in the range of 0.01–200 µmol/L can obtain a good linear correlation with the detection limit of 3.3 nmol/L (3σ). The sensor possesses the advantages of easy preparation, simple operation, high stability, good sensitivity and selectivity, and strong anti-interference ability in the detecting of CA in herbal tea, exhibiting excellent potential application value in CA detection in different foods.
