Fabrication of interface heating composite evaporator for rapid sewage treatment and water purification
It is an ideal way to produce clean water after sewage treatment, during which two problems need to be solved: (1) how to deal with water soluble pollutants and surface oil slick; (2) photothermal devices should float on water. This paper presents a multifunctional water treatment device that can produce clean water vapor under light after sewage treatment. The bismuth oxybromide catalyst degrades water-soluble pollutants under light irradiation. Superhydrophobic (SH) melamine sponge has two functions: selectively adsorb surface oil slick and ensure that photothermal devices float. The hydrophilic layer provides water for local heating of the photothermal layer to produce water vapor. The SH sponge remains stable and is easy to operate during wastewater treatment, and the efficiency of water vapor production through the photothermal device is increased by 7.2 times compared with that of pure water.
