Nonionic waterborne polyurethane/polypyrrole/silver nanowires coating film with high-efficient electromagnetic interference shielding
A flexible nonionic waterborne polyurethane/polypyrrole/silver nanowires (NWPU/PPy/AgNWs) coating film with high-efficient electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness (EMI SE) was achieved by in-situ polymerization followed by mixing with AgNWs dispersion, via casting method. The SE of NWPU/PPy film without AgNWs is 15 dB with a thickness of 1.6 mm. When the loading of AgNWs is 40 wt%, the conductivity of resultant film with a thickness of 0.48 mm reaches 1026.1 s. m −1 , and the SE increases to 64.2 dB. Furthermore, this flexible coating film shows excellent EMI shielding reliability to resist bending and ultrasonic water washing.
