Microstructure and corrosion behavior of PEO-LDHs-SDS superhydrophobic composite film on magnesium alloy
The MgAl-LDHs film was in situ grown on the PEO film of magnesium alloy by hydrothermal growth method, and the PEO-LDHs-SDS composite film modified by sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) was further prepared. The results show that compared with the single-layer PEO film, the PEO-LDHs-SDS composite film exhibits excellent short-term and long-term protection performance, which can be attributed to the blocking effect of the superhydrophobic surface of the composite film, the sealing effect of LDHs on the micropores of the PEO film, and the readsorption and corrosion inhibition of SDS anions.
