TiO2 QDs/MoSe2 heterojunctions for enhanced photo-excited charge separation and gas sensing performance
2D transition metal selenides are facing challenges in the field of gas sensing due to their short carrier lifetime and low utilization rate. Along these lines, in this work, MoSe 2 nanosheets were successfully synthesized by solvothermal method , and modified with TiO 2 QDs. P-N heterostructures with the advantage of quantum dot constraint effect are constructed. The developed heterojunction can effectively promote the separation and transfer of the generated charges, under the excitation of ultraviolet light , while the room temperature sensitivity of the material for the detection of NO 2 is enhanced.
