Microwave dielectric properties of LiZn4V3O12 composite ceramics sintered at low temperature and its LTCC application
The solid-state method was used to prepare LiZn 4 V 3 O 12 ceramics. The phase composition, crystal structure and micromorphology of ceramics were studied in detai. The XRD data and rietveld refinement revealed that LiZn 4 V 3 O 12 ceramics were composed of LiZnVO 4 and Zn 3 V 2 O 8 , with a content ratio of 1:3. The results indicate that the ε r and Q × f value of LiZn 4 V 3 O 12 ceramics were related to the relative density. When the LiZn 4 V 3 O 12 ceramics sintered at, 720 °C for 4 h, possessed a high relative density (96.71%), a low ε r value (11.51), a high Q × f value (53891 GHz (11.5 GHz)), and a negative τ f value (−25.58 ppm/°C). The XRD and SEM analyses have demonstrated that LiZn 4 V 3 O 12 ceramic can coexist with the Ag electrode, indicating there is the great potential for application in the field in LTCC application.
