Occurrence and Release of Organophosphite Antioxidants and Novel Organophosphate Esters from Plastic Food Packaging
Organic phosphite antioxidants (OPAs) are widely added in plastic products and can be oxidized to generate oxidized derivatives (OPAs = O), namely organic phosphate esters (OPEs), during production and use processing.
