Two-color flow cytometric analysis of CD226 expression on C57BL/6 Mouse splenocytes. C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes cells were preincubated with CD16/CD32 Rat mAb (A412018). The cells were then stained with CD8 alpha Rat mAb (AF647) (Ab190218) and either Rat IgG (PE-Cy7) (Ab190073; Left panel) or CD226 Rat mAb (PE-Cy7) (Ab212940; Right panel) at 0.3μg/test.
