Two-color flow cytometric analysis of c-Kit/CD117 expression on C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells. C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells preincubated with CD16/CD32 Rat mAb (A412018). The cells were then stained with CD45R Rat mAb (AF647) (Ab191663) and either Rat IgG (AF488) (Ab190240; Left panel) or c-Kit/CD117 Rat mAb (AF488) (Ab191653; Right panel) at 0.5μg/test.
