Product Description

It is a substituted acetanilide. Fieldel-Crafts acylation of 3-fluoroacetanilide with chloroacetyl chloride is reported to yield 2′-fluoro-4′-acteamido-2-(1H-1,2,4-triazole-1-yl) acetophenone. Nitration of 3-fluoroacetanilide with nitronium tetrafluoroborate is reported.
