Product Description

Product Introduction:
The 10 × DNA loading buffer contains two tracer dyes, bromophenol blue and xylene blue FF. In 1% agarose gel electrophoresis, bromophenol blue could migrate with~300bp fragment, and xylene green FF could migrate with~4000bp fragment.
Precautions:
For your own safety, please take protective measures such as wearing lab coats and gloves before using the reagents.
Instructions for Use:
1. Melt the 6 × DNA loading buffer at 37 ° C;
2. Gently swirl to ensure even mixing of the solution;
3. Add one 10 × DNA loading buffer to nine DNA samples;
4. Mix thoroughly;
5. Perform electrophoresis after sample loading.
